Here is some news for you, I'm in therapy. Yes Therapy (most of you knew I needed it)
A short session every day keeps me stress free and resting well, it just a great way to unload!
What Kind of therapy are you doing you ask? MOODGYM! Well whats MoodGym?
MoodGym is free web based sessions for depression, anxiety and sleeplessness. Studies have shown this new way to get inexpensive and healthy relief on line to be very effective. Most web based stress relief programs are reported to give just as much relief as typically gained by a face to face session with a therapist. It also suggests that on line therapy works just as well as pills for sleep problems, and there's no side affects!
I'm really not in Therapy as I don't need it (unless you ask Chip) But if you are feeling overwhelmed and looking for an alternative to pills or high cost face to face therapy. I do suggest you try this on for size. Sleeping well and less stress is a tip we all can use!

Stress is something soo many of us face daily with the economic mess the country is facing. This handy free website sounds like a great way to deal with stress. Lord knows we could all use it sometimes.
Here is a suggestion. Clear your conscious before you go to bed. There is no reason to be stressed to the point where you can't sleep. I have learned that there is nothing out there that is so overwhelming to keep me from worrying 24/7. It's just not worth it and no way to live life!
Good post, I love the art you used. My daily dose of Tae Bo is my stress reliever. It keeps me sane. I'm going to give the website to my husband. : )
With the mood that I am in today, I think it's a good idea that I check this out.

Thanks for sharing, I booked marked this site! Its good to have resources like this to help get us on track. I derailed every so often and usually make list of what's bothering me. That usually works, but now I have backup plan!

Cool website! i will have to check it out. I am a big runner and usually run about 2-3 miles about 4-5 times a week to relieve my stress. I do races on weekend mornings for fun.
