Laura, Several of us have forgotten about the beauty of the 100% Rural Development Home Loans. We have several areas that qualify. Agents just need to do their homework...
Laura --- you may want to say first time home buyers will get up to $8000 reward --- just in case there are any homes prices under $80,000. I like the reminder about rural housing loans --- in Mt. Pleasant, we don't have much area that qualifies.

There are many hidden gems in this real estate market and the tax credits available are certainly worth investigating for our clients that qualify.
In California we have a new construction tax credit of up to $10,000. Many buyers are not aware of it.
