People often think of SC as a state with ocean. They think of Charleston. I have been in the mountains where youare and totally enjoy them. Do not recognize your picture but it is very pretty
Wow....didn't know they made them so imposing in SC. I thought that was limited to the west. Cool photos.
I do miss the East Coast at times. Thanks for sharing the picture.
I love the mountains. Have you ever seen the Rockies out here?
That is a gorgeous view...now slap a lake in front of that mountain and I'm sold..that is my dream view...
Laura, I have never thought of South Carolina as having mountains. Thank-you for making me a smarter man...
This had to be taken in the north west section of the state. I do have some kinfolk who live in the west side and I do remember the rolling hills around the Savannah River...

Alright Laura...spill the beans...where in SC was that taken??? Inquiring minds want to know!!!! :)
This pic was taken at Table Rock Mountain. Its a part of the blue ridge mountains here in SC. In SC we have a unique setup. The top of the state is mountainous and the low country is coastal. In between them is just plain fun!
that's a gorgeous picture. I didn't think you had views like that! I was driving to VA yesterday and I saw those views from hwy 81
Hi Laura, This is an awesome photo..very beautiful area. Thanks for sharing with us.
