University Of South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks Vs Ole Miss Rebels Today, Thursday, Sep 24 7:30p at the University of South Carolina: Williams-Brice Stadium, Columbia, SC The tailgating will start NOW. Loyal Gamecock fans start early on Mid week game days. The university and half of Columbia SC Shuts down early to get some great tailgating before the game. This should be a good one.

Fall Out 2009 Friday September 24 starting at 4 PM, Rock 9.5 FM Fall Out at Jillian's Featuring Justin Smith and the Folk Holt Band and a mystery Headliner at this publication. I know it will be someone great!Eat drink and play at Jillians. Its a great place to have dinner and fun in the Vista of Columbia SC.

Sounds Of the Shoals Sunday, Sep 27 3:00p to 5:00p at Saluda Shoals Park, Columbia, SC A fall concert series at Saluda Shoals Park. Held every Sunday in September, from 3 to 5 p.m. Concert lineup includes some great headliners. Grab a picknick dinner and relax in the lawn chairs. Come Early and explore this wonderful park.

National Sportsman Classic Saturday, Sep 26 Carolina Adventure World is the host to this skeet and bow shooting contest that will be fun for all. A catfish lunch at noon. Bring the 4 wheelers and ride this 100 miles of trail or try the zip line  The contest goes from noon to 6 pm. Visit the CAW website for more information or to register for the skeet shoot.

The Blue Iguanas Live at Hudson's Smokehouse Barbecue Thursday Oct 1 Lexington South Carolina's best barbecue and fun. This is a southern treat you wont want too miss if in Lexington South Carolina. The ribs are fabulous and so is the whole menu. You are likely to see me there as its one of my family's favorites on Thursday nights for some great bluegrass and food.

2009 South Carolina State Fair October 14-25, 2009.
It's that time of year...the SC State Fair is coming to town. Come out and bring the whole family for a day and night of fun, rides, food and games. Buy your ticket early for the grandstand concerts as with this venue they sell out fast. Charlie Daniels,Toby Mac and Montgomery Gentry are just a few.
