Friday, February 27. Playhouse Disney Live. Celebrate with your Playhouse Disney pals when Playhouse Disney Live! comes to the Colonial Life Arena. In this live show, you're invited to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse as Mickey plans a spectacular music party for all his friends. The Little Einsteins set off on a musical mission around the world to find a song for the party. Pooh, Tigger, and Darby spring into action to search for music in the Hundred Acre Wood. Friday, February 27. Friday Tasting - Beer Tasting. It may still be cold, but the warm beer-drinking days of Spring are only weeks away. Saturday, February 28. 20th Anniversary Harambee Festival. This festival is one of the largest College-sponsored festivals in the nation focusing on history, arts, and culture. It is an annual event for the entire family that has plenty of food, music, fun, free play pool checkers, art, those hard-to-find merchandise items, and the KIJIJI Children's Village. Tuesday, March 3. Pops Series 2: The Return Do you want to know a secret? It's a double anniversary party as the SCPhilharmonic celebrates two landmark events 45 years ago! In 1964, the Beatles landed on American soil with a sound that reverberates to this day, and the Columbia Festival Orchestra had its first season of concerts. Now performing as the South Carolina Philharmonic and led by Morihiko Nakahara, the orchestra welcomes a favorite guest artist, renowned Beatles tribute band The Return, for a rollicking concert to celebrate 45 great seasons.
